Equipment planning guide

Planning delivery and installation

A practical checklist for access, working space, separate electrical loads, extraction and configuration sign-off.

Measure the whole route and the working space

Check the unpacked and packed machine separately, including doors, lift access, turning space and unloading arrangements. Allow access for feeding material, opening covers and service. Ask for the applicable installation drawing; do not infer clearances from a photograph.

A floor-standing system needs an appropriate level support surface. For a tabletop machine, confirm the assembled weight and suitable support with the supplier. A table shown in a photograph is not evidence that it is included.

Specify each electrical load separately

For DTF, request the printer, shaker/dryer and filtration electrical requirements separately: voltage, frequency, rated/maximum demand, plugs and circuit requirements. Do not treat a combined figure as the rating of the printer alone.

Have a qualified installer verify the site against the supplied equipment data plates and installation documents. Do not size a circuit from an approximate marketing power figure.

Check ventilation and room conditions by model

Request the approved extraction or filter arrangement, discharge connection, filter service schedule and operating temperature/humidity for the exact system. Values from a different printer or a general DTF article are not interchangeable.

Lasers require a material-specific safety and extraction assessment. DTF curing requirements depend on the actual dryer and filtration package. Confirm these before preparing the workspace.

What must the quotation identify?

The quotation should identify the machine revision, head or laser configuration, stand/table, shaker/dryer, extraction/filtering, compressor or cooling equipment, RIP/software licence, installation and training. Mark each item included, optional or customer-supplied.

Equipment enquiries

We use the details you send to answer your equipment enquiry, prepare a quotation where requested and follow up. Name, email and message are required to send the form; phone, company and country are optional. Without the required details we cannot receive and answer the form. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

We retain the submitted details, selected equipment, submission time, enquiry reference, privacy-notice version and subsequent handling notes or status. Enquiries are stored privately in the website administration, not published or used to subscribe you to marketing. The form does not automatically forward your enquiry to email or a CRM. Our authorised employees may use company email and our CRM when handling and following up your enquiry.

Where data protection law applies, requested steps towards a contract are a basis for handling an enquiry; otherwise we rely on our legitimate interests in answering business correspondence, maintaining records and protecting the website. The required privacy checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not a marketing subscription. We do not use the enquiry form for profiling or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Automatic anti-spam and rate-limit checks help protect the form.

Service providers and processing locations

The WordPress website is hosted through UAB Interneto vizija (IV), Lithuania, on inspe.hostingas.lt. Cloudflare provides the website's network delivery and security services. Hosting and network providers may process network addresses, request details, security logs and backups to deliver, protect and recover the service. Company email and CRM providers may also process correspondence handled by our employees.

Our employees handling enquiries work in Hong Kong, Lithuania and Israel. Service providers may process data in other countries as part of their services; the level of legal protection can differ between countries. Contact us for information about processing locations and the transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry. See the providers' information: IV data processing agreement and Cloudflare privacy policy.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry records while they are needed to answer and follow up your request, handle an ongoing transaction, meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Administrators review and remove records manually when they are no longer needed; this WordPress site has no automatic expiry scheduler or fixed deletion deadline. Unnecessary handling is restricted where a record must be retained for a specific purpose.

Technical logs and backups have separate retention determined by security, recovery needs, applicable obligations and the provider's settings. Removing a live enquiry does not automatically remove copies from existing backups. Contact us for requests concerning those copies or for the retention information relevant to your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing, and request a portable copy where the applicable law provides these rights. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority.

Send requests to [email protected], preferably from the address used for the enquiry and with its reference. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your own data. We respond within the deadlines required by applicable law and explain any lawful exception or extension.

Website performance measurements

The public website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics real-user measurements (RUM) to understand page delivery and performance. The measurement service is separate from enquiry records and is not an advertising or remarketing subscription. See Cloudflare Web Analytics information and the provider privacy policy above. We do not claim that the public website has no analytics.
