Equipment planning guide

Consumables, maintenance and technical support

How to request compatible supplies, the correct manual and an actionable service response without mixing procedures between machines.

Which supplies are approved?

Ask for exact ink and cleaning-fluid product codes for the installed printer. For DTF, also confirm the film, powder and fabric compatibility. For lamination, confirm the film/adhesive/substrate combination and its processing instructions.

For lasers and cutters, confirm the material and tool/source compatibility before testing. Do not assume that a generic material name, similar model number or third-party consumable is an approval.

Which maintenance procedure should I use?

Use the manual for the exact supplied configuration and revision. Ask for startup/shutdown, daily care and extended-standby procedures, including white-ink handling where applicable. This purchasing guide is not a substitute for those operating instructions.

Obtain the applicable filter, cleaning and replacement schedule from the technical team. No universal interval is asserted here because the model, consumable and operating conditions can differ.

What information helps technical support?

Send the model, serial number, installed options, region, software/version, material and job settings. Include the exact error, photographs or video and the steps that reproduce the problem. Do not include passwords or unrelated personal information.

How are warranty and service arranged?

The published offer states a 12-month warranty and technical assistance coordinated through the European team. Ask for the applicable written terms, start date, covered parts, consumable exclusions, labour/travel arrangements and regional service scope in your quotation. A response-time or on-site-service guarantee is not stated here.

What happens after an enquiry?

Submit your requirements through the enquiry form or regional contacts. The team can clarify the application and configuration and prepare a quotation. Confirm price, delivery terms, installation/training and acceptance arrangements in that quotation; these are not fixed by this guide.

Enquiry drafts stay in the current browser tab until you send or clear them. Sending an enquiry is not an order or payment.

Equipment enquiries

We use the details you send to answer your equipment enquiry, prepare a quotation where requested and follow up. Name, email and message are required to send the form; phone, company and country are optional. Without the required details we cannot receive and answer the form. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

We retain the submitted details, selected equipment, submission time, enquiry reference, privacy-notice version and subsequent handling notes or status. Enquiries are stored privately in the website administration, not published or used to subscribe you to marketing. The form does not automatically forward your enquiry to email or a CRM. Our authorised employees may use company email and our CRM when handling and following up your enquiry.

Where data protection law applies, requested steps towards a contract are a basis for handling an enquiry; otherwise we rely on our legitimate interests in answering business correspondence, maintaining records and protecting the website. The required privacy checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not a marketing subscription. We do not use the enquiry form for profiling or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Automatic anti-spam and rate-limit checks help protect the form.

Service providers and processing locations

The WordPress website is hosted through UAB Interneto vizija (IV), Lithuania, on inspe.hostingas.lt. Cloudflare provides the website's network delivery and security services. Hosting and network providers may process network addresses, request details, security logs and backups to deliver, protect and recover the service. Company email and CRM providers may also process correspondence handled by our employees.

Our employees handling enquiries work in Hong Kong, Lithuania and Israel. Service providers may process data in other countries as part of their services; the level of legal protection can differ between countries. Contact us for information about processing locations and the transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry. See the providers' information: IV data processing agreement and Cloudflare privacy policy.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry records while they are needed to answer and follow up your request, handle an ongoing transaction, meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Administrators review and remove records manually when they are no longer needed; this WordPress site has no automatic expiry scheduler or fixed deletion deadline. Unnecessary handling is restricted where a record must be retained for a specific purpose.

Technical logs and backups have separate retention determined by security, recovery needs, applicable obligations and the provider's settings. Removing a live enquiry does not automatically remove copies from existing backups. Contact us for requests concerning those copies or for the retention information relevant to your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing, and request a portable copy where the applicable law provides these rights. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority.

Send requests to [email protected], preferably from the address used for the enquiry and with its reference. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your own data. We respond within the deadlines required by applicable law and explain any lawful exception or extension.

Browser drafts and external links

The enquiry draft and retry identifier remain in session storage in this browser tab until cleared or successfully sent; nothing is submitted automatically. Closing the tab ends its normal session storage, although browser session recovery may restore it. Use Clear draft on a shared device. The Cookies & drafts notice in the website footer explains browser storage in more detail.

Website performance measurements

The public website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics real-user measurements (RUM) to understand page delivery and performance. The measurement service is separate from enquiry records and is not an advertising or remarketing subscription. See Cloudflare Web Analytics information and the provider privacy policy above. We do not claim that the public website has no analytics.
